Terms & Conditions – Japan Car Auction Service

AutoXGlobal provides vehicle sourcing assistance, auction bidding support, export coordination, and customer communication for buyers interested in purchasing vehicles from Japan auctions. By using this service, the customer acknowledges that auction vehicles are sold in a live market environment where prices, availability, and final results can change quickly.

1. Entry Deposit & Secure Funds

Entry deposits are held as secure deposits and are normally deducted from the final purchase total when a vehicle is successfully purchased. Deposits are used to confirm serious buying intent, reserve staff time, and provide active auction assistance including search support, translation, auction review, and bidding preparation.

Refund requests made within 30 days may be considered where no successful purchase, committed bid loss, unpaid charges, or outstanding service costs exist. Bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, and administrative costs may be deducted where applicable.

2. Auction Bidding & Customer Approval

Vehicles are bid based on the customer's instructions, target budget, and approval process. Auction results cannot be guaranteed. If a customer authorizes bidding and a vehicle is successfully won, the customer is expected to complete the remaining balance payment within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a customer cancels after approving a bid, after a successful purchase, or after costs have already been incurred, deposits may become partially or fully non-refundable depending on the stage reached and costs created.

3. Vehicle Condition & Auction Reality

Japan auction vehicles are pre-owned vehicles. Mileage, age, wear, prior repairs, scratches, dents, interior wear, odors, mechanical issues, and hidden faults may exist. Auction sheets, translations, comments, and staff opinions are guidance tools only and do not create a warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

Customers understand that used vehicles may require maintenance, servicing, repairs, parts replacement, or cleaning after purchase and arrival.

4. Shipping, Export & Delivery Timelines

Shipping schedules depend on destination country, vessel availability, port congestion, customs procedures, seasonal demand, inspections, and third-party logistics providers. Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

AutoXGlobal is not responsible for delays caused by ports, customs, weather events, shipping lines, strikes, government actions, document checks, or force majeure events beyond reasonable control.

5. Taxes, Duties & Local Regulations

The customer is responsible for checking import eligibility, age restrictions, taxes, duties, emissions rules, registration requirements, inspection rules, and local laws in the destination country. AutoXGlobal may provide general guidance but final responsibility remains with the buyer.

6. Communication & Documentation

Customers agree to provide accurate contact details, passport/company details when required, payment confirmations, and timely responses so transactions can proceed efficiently. Delays caused by missing customer information may impact auction opportunities or shipment timing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoXGlobal's liability is limited to direct amounts paid for the relevant transaction and does not include indirect loss, lost profit, business interruption, market fluctuation, or third-party costs outside our control.

8. Acceptance

By using the auction service, requesting bids, sending deposits, or proceeding with a purchase, the customer confirms understanding of these terms and the realities of used vehicle auction purchasing. Full detailed transaction terms may also be provided directly by AutoXGlobal before participation.
